A middle aged man who had undergone a colonic resection for carcinoma three years earlier. On follow up was found to have two liver deposits. These were picked up on CT scan. The patient underwent a segmental liver resection. The photograph shows a pearly white and umbilicated metastatic deposit in segement III. The head of the patient is to the left and the gallbladder is in the foreground.
